Shannon Kieran, MS, MBA, LCGC

Shannon Kieran is a Lecturer for the Genetic Counseling Graduate Program at the University of Arizona.  As a board certified genetic counselor whose career has spanned both clinical and business roles, she is an established leader in the field of personalized genomics with expertise in precision medicine and consumer genomic products. 

Shannon received her Master’s in Genetic Counseling from the University of Arizona in 2005, and an Executive MBA from Eller College, also at the UArizona, in 2013. In her role at the UAGCGP she acts as part of the administrative team, providing program guidance and developing course work and educational opportunities for the genetic counseling graduate students.
